Brett M. HendricksAIA

Senior Architect

Brett Hendricks is an accomplished and talented architect with over three decades of building system design, specification writing, and project management experience. His primary focus has been on researching and understanding the way in which buildings are put together and detailed. His certification as a Master Plans Examiner for the State of Ohio has given him an extensive knowledge base about ADA, Code and related issues in both new and existing buildings. Brett’s remarkable project management abilities and technical knowledge have been invaluable to every project and endeavor he has ever taken on. His ability and eagerness to educate other staff and share his knowledge has made him a crucial member of the firm. His conscientious attention to even the smallest issues, particularly during the construction process and his willingness to listen and be an advocate, has endeared him to clients on each project he undertakes.

As an example, Brett was Project Manager for Switzerland Local School District, South Range’s $40,000,000 K-12 Combination School, campus and sports facilities, and was the Project Manager for Coventry Local School District’s Design-Build $24,000,000 High School project.

As part of his desire to give back to the community, Brett has served on several municipal and county zoning and planning review boards. He currently serves on the Mahoning County Flood Plain Board and the Austintown Zoning Commission.
