Jay A. Crafton achieved his Architect Registration in 1994, after having 12 years of apprentice experience with an Applied Science Engineering Degree.  His unique blend of training, experience and education provided design solutions on numerous projects for a variety of building types.

For over 30 years, Mr. Crafton’s completed work in Academic, Healthcare, Institutional, Cultural and Athletic facilities includes new construction projects, renovations and adaptive re-use projects with a thoughtful use of sustainable design strategies as well as strong consideration toward facility operations. He obtained his LEED AP credentials through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

Jay invests his personal time beyond work – sharing his design experience on two local Architectural Design Review Boards:  Hubbard Planning and Zoning Board as well as serving on the Board for the Youngstown Symphony Society.
