BSHM Intern Competes at Harbin Institute of Technology Ice & Snow Competition
Congratulations to our intern, Kristyn, and her team from Kent State University’s College of Architecture & Environmental Design on their participation (and success) at the Harbin Institute of Technology International Ice & Snow Innovation Design and Construction Competition in Harbin, China, in which the theme centered around polar dwelling-design and construction of contemporary arctic igloos. Their project, “hyperbol-ICE”, is a free standing ice pavilion built using a flexible framework made of rope net and fabric

Animated schematic of Berkshire PK-12 unveiled to BOE

Demo at Bath Elementary has commenced
The demolition at Bath Elementary School (Revere Local School District) has begun on the newer part of the school (1967), while the older portion of the building (1923) will begin demolition at the end of July. For more information regarding the project see the article below!
