Southeast PK-12 Construction Continues
Southeast Local School District seeks to consolidate their Pre-Kindergarten and elementary grades to the Waynedale High School and John R. Lea Middle School campus. Construction of the new PK-12 school building for approximately 1,200 students (approximately 185,000 SF) began late last year, with full occupancy scheduled for fall of 2024. BSHM will perform design and administration responsibilities during construction and close out. Potential alternatives include auditorium and auxiliary gymnasium in lieu of renovating the existing middle school gymnasium and auditorium.
We are grateful for the team at CT Taylor and the Southeast Local School District for making this project a success.

In Alissa’s spare time, she loves to draw, color, paint, and play mind/word games. She also thinks Grogu from The Mandalorian is adorable!
