Mary O. Dennis

Mary is a partner at BSHM is responsible for co-operation of the Youngstown office, she has been with BSHM since 2001. Involved in numerous projects in the role of Project Architect/Project Manager, she develops all aspects of the project into implementation. These tasks consist of design, interoffice management for completion of drawings, coordination of engineering and architectural design, client contact, contract administration and construction phase lead.

Mary is registered in Maryland and obtained her license through apprenticeship in 1992. After many projects, and many years, she has an understanding that the details of a building are what make architecture. She also has made client service the hallmark of her professional efforts. Her experience on multi-million-dollar projects and her initiative to engage both the production and management sides of architecture keeps projects on track and within budget.
