Rachael E. Skidmore

Rachael graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications. She joined BSHM as a Marketing Specialist, bringing experience in content development, digital marketing, and communications to support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. Rachael works to strengthen BSHM’s presence across digital platforms while helping communicate the firm’s projects, people, and impact to clients and the broader community. 

Rachael provides marketing support through proposal development, social media strategy, content creation, photography, award submissions, and communications. Her professional experience spans a variety of industries, including entertainment, retail, health and wellness, art, and higher education, giving her a broad perspective on communications and marketing. She’s passionate about the AEC industry, where she’s able to combine her communications background with her interest in projects that positively impact and serve local communities. At BSHM, she enjoys helping communicate the value and impact of architecture through engaging and accessible content.
