Project Description

Platt R. Spencer Elementary School (57,000 SF) was the first of three elementary schools designed and constructed for the Geneva City School District.

The elementary facility is positioned in a north-south orientation to maximize the quantity of natural daylight for classrooms in the north and south corridors, the east corridor classrooms include south facing dormers.

The classrooms are arranged from Kindergarten through the fifth grade moving from the north corridor clockwise around the main entrance.  The main entrance and corridor contain the administration area, gymnasium, computer and reading rooms to allow convenient access for evening hour use by the general public.
